Ali Brown's Online Blueprint Success Workshop

This was my 4th Online Blueprint Success Workshop and let me tell you, every time I go, it's an experience.

Sometimes I learn new business or marketing concepts but for the most part now I go for the relationship building and networking in order to really get in alignment with 'who' I'm meant to work with - do you know what I mean?

Here's a pic of me and Lorrie Morgan-Ferrero who I see out at events now quite often.

This whole year for me has been about two things:

  1. Upleveling myself - 'paying to play' so to speak, my new phrase

  2. Just 'being' Kat - meaning not always having to 'do' stuff or get stuff done (although that's what I help my clients do), but rather just being one with myself, one with spirit and trying to be who I need to be in order to attract the right kinds of opportunities and clients into my life.

The first night at Ali's event she had a big VIP Magazine Launch party for the release of her new printed, glossy magazine - Ali Magazine. It was a fun party for sure, Ali always knows how to throw a good party. Her magazine is even more impressive; if you haven't picked up a copy yet, you should really try to find a copy. She's working on it getting into stores now and I'm not even sure how you can subscribe yet but check out her website and get on her list if you're not on it.

This is a shot of a bunch of people dancing at her party

This is me and Nika Stewart; she and I have been running into each other at events for a few years now too.

Next, we have Kelly O'Neil with Uplevel Strategies; Kelly and I are just becoming closer after seeing each other out and about too. I'm telling you networking WORKS no matter what level you're at doing it (locally or nationally).

Here is a bunch of us posing in our fun colored dresses....

Next we have more - women of power - me, Laura Mak, Erin Thoms Melnick and Christine Cibula.

Then me and Dr. Cristy Emerson, one of the gals in my mastermind group with David Neagle. Cristy's been a huge supporter for me this year.

To the left is me and Melanie Benson Strick who I've also gotten to know a lot better this year; she was at the Glazer Kennedy Information Marketing Summit as well as Ali's just like I was.

This picture to the right, with me in the center is of my new friends Gail and Diane - they too were at both events like me and Mel were - we're all crazy in the conference circuit this month for sure. These gals were a hoot and I can't wait to get to know them better; I'm sure I'll be seeing more of them too.

More of the fabulous women who enjoyed this party and who I got to know better at the OSBW.

And this is Jennifer Bourn, my fabulous website designer (she's doing my new site) and one of my coaching clients as well. She came to the OSBW on my recommendation and she recently shared with me what a life altering experience it was for her and I'm so glad

This is Desiree, she has a company called Empowered Woman which we've been meaning to discuss now for some time so it was good to meet her in person. It's funny how you often meet people online, or they get on your list or find you on Facebook, etc. You have communications and maybe even work together BEFORE sometimes even meeting in person. This is how cool this information marketing business and industry can be!

This is Jody England, we had a similar experience and it wasn't until this event where I finally felt more of a connection with her - plus she gave me one of her books, Attraction Actions. Thank you Jody!

All in all, these two weeks I spent at the Info Summit and then at Ali's workshop were some of the best times I've had recently - both for generating business leads and also for cultivating peer relationships, and yet it took a lot out of me.
Yes, I get tired too. I can't always be the go-go-girl like you may think.
In fact I'm writing this a couple weeks after the fact since I couldn't bring myself to get it all out. I'm still tired in fact. Traveling and being 'on' all the time will wear anyone out, even the best networkers like me!
So, do what you can for yourself, do as much as you can but remember to take time for you too....
